The project is called The Bay Lights and the designer is Leo Villareal. The start of the project can be traced back to September 2012. The entire dynamic light project spans 2.8km and the height is 152m. The project will run for two years. Leo Villareal uses its own software to control each LED light to produce a variety of fantastic dynamic effects.
