1. When the dust and flue gas are filtered by the bag filter bag, the filter material fiber depends on the dust screening, interception, inertia, diffusion, adhesion, static electricity and gravity, and the dust is blocked by the filter bag on the surface to reach the dust Separate from the gas, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the flue gas.

2. The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper under the attraction of the induced draft fan, and is evenly distributed to each filter bag after passing through the deflector. The dust is intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the gas passes through the filter bag. (Inertial collision, interception and diffusion should increase as the fiber diameter and the pores of the filter material decrease, so the fiber of the filter material is thinner and denser. The better the dust filter effect is) It is discharged outside after passing through the clean air chamber. The dust collected by the bag filter on the outer surface of the filter bag will reduce the air permeability of the filter bag and increase the resistance of the filter. Each time the pulse valve is actuated, a row of filter bags will be cleaned. The pulse valve operates in sequence according to the set time interval and sequence until a cycle is completed.
