The temperature transmitter is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument and has a wide variety. According to the measurement method, we can divide it into two types: contact type and non-contact type. In actual use, it is usually used with some instruments, but there are also many failure phenomena. Let's take a look at how to deal with the common faults of temperature transmitters.

First, the transmitter output does not change when the temperature of the measured medium rises or falls. This is mostly a problem with the temperature transmitter sealing. It may be because the temperature transmitter is not sealed or is not careful when soldering. The sensor is welded to a small hole, which usually requires replacement of the sensor housing.

Second, the output signal is unstable. This is the cause of the temperature source itself. The temperature source itself is an unstable temperature. If the meter display is unstable, it is the reason that the meter's anti-interference ability is not strong.

Third, the output error of the transmitter is large. There are many reasons for this. It may be that the temperature of the selected temperature transmitter is incorrect, resulting in a range error. It may also be that the transmitter is not calibrated when it leaves the factory. Temperature transmitter failures are rare. As long as they are carefully tested at the factory, these conditions can be avoided. Therefore, the temperature transmitter must be inspected at the factory, and the customer can also find the transmitter. Manufacturers ask for the factory inspection report for reference.
