1. Bidding conditions In 2017, Qujing Power Supply Bureau had approved the routine maintenance of office facilities and substation firefighting facilities. The construction funds were self-raised. The project has already met the conditions for tendering. The project is now undergoing public bidding. The relevant matters are now announced as follows: 1.1 Tenderee: Qujing Power Supply Bureau of Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd.; 1.2 tender number: YNBC2016-12-942; 1.3 Project Name: In 2017 Qujing Power Supply Bureau office premises and substation firefighting facilities routine maintenance bids. 2. Project Overview and Service Scope 2.1 Service Location: Office premises and substations of Qujing Power Supply Bureau; 2.2 Service Term: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2017; 2.3 Service scope: Qujing Power Supply Bureau Dispatching and Marketing Building, Annex Building, and Old Office Building; Transformer Maintenance Inspection and Production Building, Marketing and Measurement Center Complex, and a Living Area Garage Complex; Logistics Center Baishijiang Warehouse, Logistics Center Office Building and 5 500kV substations; 19 220kV substations; 42 110kV substations; 17 35kV substations for fire protection system facilities maintenance and repair work, see technical specifications. 3. Bidder qualification requirements The bidding will be conducted after the eligibility of qualifications for each bid applicant for qualification review, through the form of a qualified system: 3.1 Having been registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, has an independent legal personality, and obtained a valid business license, enterprise tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (or a business license with a triple certificate); 3.2 There is an effective fire technology service agency level 1 qualification certificate (including interim grade 1). Enterprises outside the province must have a registration card for the public security and fire control agencies in Yunnan Province; 3.3 Proposed project leader must have a valid secondary or above registered fire engineer qualification certificate or a temporary transitional qualification certificate for registered fire engineer in Yunnan Province; 3.4 To provide a power of attorney for the technical support of the system provided by the equipment manufacturer of the remote centralized monitoring and control system for fire fighting; 3.5 The person in charge of the proposed assignment must have the qualifications of "two kinds of people" recognized in the China Southern Power Grid system, and the proposed "two kinds of people" must not be the same person; 3.6 This tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid. 4. Acquisition of tender documents 4.1 Those who wish to participate in bidders are invited to apply from December 30, 2016 to January 6, 2017 (on holidays).
