Philips built-in fan 10W LED spotlight cooling evaluation

Recently I came across a spotlight designed by Philips:

Inside it actually brought a 3008 DC FAN:

10W input power consumption, 3000K, more than 400 lumens.
The overall design is very good, the places that can be used are used, and the molds are also very good. But what about the temperature during its actual operation?
Preliminary calculation with EFD:

The temperature of the heat sink is 65 °C at room temperature, and the junction temperature is estimated to be 85 °C.
Is there any way to improve it? What if I open the air inlet on the plastic case?

The result shows that the overall reduction will be about 5 ° C, but it is a problem to do this without the plastic opening of such a large hole. Dust is also a hidden danger. The design of the Philips inlet and outlet is still very comprehensive.
