Guoxing Optoelectronics 2015, only for higher peaks

At the end of 2014, Guoxing Optoelectronics organized a 2014 management training course to walk through the “Fire and Phoenix Line” activities as a completion ceremony for this session. The event was highly valued by the company's leaders. In the winter, the sun was warm and the breeze was slow. At 8:30 in the morning, more than 50 management training students were divided into four groups, starting from the hearth of the mountain, and the path to the pigs, and walking to the destination Phoenix Mountain for 12 kilometers. The mountain roads are rugged, the slopes are steep and steep, and no one is shrinking. The students care for each other and encourage each other, fully demonstrating the inseparable and united efforts of the National Star family. After more than five hours, with all the strength and perseverance, all the students finally climbed to the top of Fenghuang Mountain.

Even though it is exhausted, even if it is sweating, the joy of success that is hard-won, “will be the top of the mountain” is really exciting.

The management training course of Guoxing Optoelectronics is held once a year and is composed of outstanding backbones of various departments. The completion ceremony not only enabled the students to gain self-confidence, perseverance and courage, but also enabled the students to learn unity, trust and responsibility, and promoted the students to form a work attitude of “not afraid of difficulties, aggressive and win-win challenges” and strive to lead the national star.
