Busway installation instructions

First, loading and unloading

3, when loading and unloading, must be lifted in the center, not to be dragged between the ground or the trough

4, loading and unloading tools are recommended to use a forklift is more convenient

Second, storage

1, to prevent dust, liquid intrusion, and away from the channel

2, do not store outdoors, avoid sun exposure

3. The busway stack should be separated by wooden blocks of the same height, no more than 5 layers.

4. Do not remove all the packaging before installation.

Third, the installation

1. The whole trunk system is assembled by multi-section busbar unit (according to the corresponding factory number): after the two busbar slots are plugged and installed, the distance between the ends of the two covers is 200mm.

2. Insert the two ends of the two busbar slots into each other, insert the insulating bolts, insert the bowl-shaped gaskets, tighten the bolts with a torque wrench, then install the joint cover and tighten the joint bolts. After the tightening inspection, it is required to check with a 0.01mm feeler gauge. It should be inserted.

3. The busbars are always inserted into the start box and terminal box of the corresponding factory number, and the dust board will be fixed to the upper surface.

4. The phase and connectivity test must be performed on the busway system before power-on. Check the grounding resistance and insulation resistance. The insulation must be measured with a 1000V or 500V megohmmeter for its cold insulation resistance, not less than 20MΩ per segment.

5. When the indoor feeder busway and the plug-in busway are horizontally oriented, a support can be placed every 1.8m-2.5m according to the current, and a spring support can be placed every 4.88m vertical direction to release the tension. The outdoor busway has a support every 1.5m, and the horizontal and vertical are the same.

6. Busbar slot power transmission: After the busbar slot is installed, the phase should be checked to ensure that it is correct. In the TN-S system, the PE line and the N line are strictly prohibited from being connected incorrectly. When the busway is powered, all bus feeders without load should be in the “disconnected” state. After receiving the power, each splitter box must be measured to ensure that the input voltage is normal and stable, and there is no phase loss.

Fourth, use

1. It must be verified that the phase sequence of the busbar trunk is correct, and the insulation resistance of the busbar is not less than 20MΩ.

2, to ensure that the trunk line trunk line is not invaded by liquid or solid

3. It must be confirmed that the mounting bracket is stable and the connecting bolt is reliably connected.

4. Parts that come into contact with live equipment are dangerous

5. When the busway starts to transmit power, it must not be loaded.

6. Check that the total load current does not exceed the main bus current or design current.

Five, maintenance

1. The busway power supply must be cut off for maintenance work.

2. After three months of use, power failure must be checked to check the tightening of the connecting bolts.

3. If there is an abnormal situation, please immediately check the power and check the situation before processing.

4. It is necessary to eliminate the unfavorable factors that affect the normal operation of the busway, such as dripping water, conductive dust, heat source, etc.
