The ICP-AES method is first of all an emission spectrum analysis method, which can be simultaneously determined by multiple elements.

The method has high evaporation, atomization and excitation ability, and is electrodeless discharge without electrode contamination. Due to the abnormal high temperature of the plasma source (the torch is up to 10,000 degrees and the sample area is also above 6000 °C), the chemical interference and matrix interference of the general analysis method can be avoided, and the interference level is lower than other spectral analysis methods. The plasma torch has a higher temperature than a general chemical flame, and can atomize and excite elements that are difficult to be excited by a general chemical flame, so that it is advantageous for the measurement of difficult-to-excite elements. Further, it is difficult to form a refractory metal oxide in an Ar atmosphere, so that the effects of the matrix effect and the coexisting element become inconspicuous. Many can be directly measured to make the analysis operation simple and practical.
(4) ICP-AES
The method has the stability and measurement accuracy of the solution injection analysis method, and the analysis precision can be compared with the wet chemical method. The detection limit is very good. The detection limit of many elements is less than 1mg/L (1ppm). The HK-8100 ICP-AES instrument can measure 1.5% or less when the RSD performance is good, and some short-term accuracy is 1% RSD. . HK-8100 ICP-AES is a solution analysis method that can be calibrated with standard materials and is traceable.
