(hereinafter referred to as “Yuanlei Technologyâ€) held by Feng Yunlong, Yan Lei and Yan Haihong has 2.25%, 3.75% and 4.00% equity, and the total transaction price of 10% equity is 37.5 million yuan.
Yuanlei Technology is a subsidiary of Furi Electronics Holdings. Its business scope covers the research and development and sales of LED light-emitting diodes, domestic commercial, material supply and marketing, and import and export of goods and technology. After the completion of the transaction, Furi Electronics, Feng Yunlong and Yan Lei held 70%, 18.75% and 11.25% of Yuanlei Technology respectively. As of June 30, 2017 (unaudited), Yuanlei Technology's total assets were 526,867,700 yuan and net assets amounted to 207,070,800 yuan. In 2016 (audited), Yuanlei Technology realized revenue of RMB 379,462,200 and net profit of RMB 41,498,400.
Furi Electronics said that through this transaction, it will help strengthen the company's control over Yuanlei Technology, further improve the decision-making power and decision-making efficiency of listed companies, improve the management and operational efficiency of Yuanlei Technology, and benefit the company to optimize overall resource allocation. .
