Overview:
This paper proposes a high-performance power supply design scheme based on AN8026 inverter. In this scheme, the control power chip AN8026 is used to design the inverter power supply circuit, and the PCB is designed by the design software Altium Designer Summer 09 to make the debugging prototype. Finally, the experiment verified that the soft switching power supply of AN8026 control integrated circuit design can improve the power supply efficiency of the inverter, increase the reliability of power supply, and improve the overall performance of the inverter.
1. Introduction Inverter is of great significance in energy conservation and power environmental protection. Motor drive is a large electric energy consumer, which consumes about 65% of the country's power generation. In the past 30 years, frequency control has been in steel, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and electric power. It has been widely used in other work, and other household appliances such as inverter refrigerators, inverter washing machines, and inverter microwave ovens have also appeared one after another. Therefore, it is especially important to design reliable and high-performance inverter power supplies. The power supply designed in this paper adopts the switching power supply control integrated circuit AN8026, AN8026 is a flyback single-ended output switch drive controller developed by Matsushita Co., Ltd., which uses the RS trigger of RC charge and discharge control as the driving signal source, and its output pulse can be directly Drive the MOSFET switch without the need for a peripheral sink circuit.
The frequency conversion technology has been widely used, and the reliable and stable operation of the inverter determines the performance index of the inverter. As the basic hardware, the efficient and reliable operation of the inverter power supply is very important. As shown in Figure 1, the topology of the inverter is mainly composed of a rectifying unit, a pre-charging circuit, a braking unit and an inverter unit. As can be seen from the figure, the inverter power supply provides DC power to the driving circuit and the control circuit, and the driving circuit The inverter unit is provided with a driving pulse with a strong driving capability and a fast response speed, so it is particularly important to design an efficient and reliable inverter power supply hardware.
