Henan officially signs triple play IPTV agreement

On July 11, China Internet TV Station, Henan TV Station, and China Unicom Henan Branch signed a tripartite cooperation agreement on IPTV services in Zhengzhou. Henan Provincial Party Committee Deputy Governor and Governor Xie Fuzhan sent a letter of congratulations and Vice Governor Zhang Guangzhi attended and spoke.
