Due to the low technical content of such chips, prices are still low. Exploring the trend; while the medium and high power chips have higher technical thresholds and barriers to entry, each MOCVD can still produce a profit of 7 million to 8 million yuan per year.
Wang Donglei, Chairman of Dehao Runda, said that the 3 billion yuan raised by the company's second private placement will be invested in the Wuhu base project; it is estimated that after the completion of production, the annual average annual operating income will be 7.956 billion yuan and the annual after-tax profit will be 1.587 billion yuan. At present, the LED chip factory and chip packaging factory of Wuhu base have been put into production, and the production plant with an annual output of 70 million LED bulbs has been trial-produced.
