China's OLED industry started in the beginning of this century. In 2002, Tsinghua University and Visionox built China's first PMOLED pilot test line. In 2003, it completed the pilot process technology development and achieved PMO LED products in China. Small batch production and sales. In 2008, Tsinghua University and Visionox built the first large-scale production line of PMOLED in Kunshan, realizing the large-scale production of PMOLED.
While realizing the rapid development of PMOLED, in September 2009, with the strong support of Kunshan Municipal Government, Kunshan Industrial Technology Research Institute, Visionox and Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone jointly invested and established Kunshan Flat Panel Display Center. In June 2010, Kunshan Flat Panel Display Center built the first AMOLED pilot production line in China. After half a year of hard work, it successfully carried out the development of key process technologies and products of AMOLED, laying a good foundation for accelerating the industrialization process of AMOLED in China. . This time, the LTPS-TFT backplane and OLED display manufacturing technology were fully developed on the pilot line, laying a solid foundation for the development of medium-sized AMOLED technology and products.
