At the 12th China Hi-Tech Fair, Wanfeng Technology Group exhibited 85% of LED street lights and commercial lighting solutions.
Wanfeng introduced that the heat dissipation problem of the integrated light source is mainly caused by the aging of the silver glue after the LED is lit for 500-600 hours, resulting in a sharp drop in thermal conductivity. Wanfeng has solved this problem very well, mainly due to the improvement of packaging heat dissipation materials. Light decay can be controlled to 5% < 10000 hours, and light efficiency is increased to 80%.
Wanfeng has obtained 33 certificates and published invention patents in LED packaging, LED heat dissipating materials, flexible thin film solar cells and environmentally friendly film materials, using 14 new types of inventions. In cooperation with Taiwan Xinhuajing Optoelectronic Technology Research Center, we continue to research and develop in the new energy industry such as LED epitaxy and its materials and equipment.
