The People's Republic of China Cultural Industry Standard Song and Dance Hall Lighting and Light Pollution Limitation Standard (WH0201—94)
1. Main content and scope of application
1.1 This standard specifies the illumination requirements and restrictions on light pollution in various areas of the dance hall.
1.2 This standard applies to entertainment venues for commercial dance halls and other similar functions. Non-commercial dance halls and similar entertainment venues should be implemented in accordance with this standard.
2. Reference Standard
GBJ133—90 “Design Standard for Civil Building Lightingâ€
GBJ45—82 “Code for Fire Protection Design of High-rise Civil Buildingsâ€
GBJ16—87 “Code for Fire Protection of Building Designâ€
GBJ10435—89 “Standards for laser radiation in workplacesâ€
GB5700—85 “Indoor Lighting Measurement Methodâ€
3. the term
3.1 Illuminance on the horizontal illuminance level
3.2 Vertical illumination illuminance on the vertical plane
3.3 Performance area
Bands, actors, etc. are used for public performances.
3.4 Self-entertainment area
The area used by the public for singing and dancing, such as the dance floor, karaoke hall and KTV room. 3.5 View the area where the public is watching or resting in the lounge area.
3.6 Channels for people to walk
4. Song and dance hall area division
The dance hall is divided into four areas according to its functional requirements.
Performance area, self-entertainment area, viewing rest area, passage
5. Illumination standard and its measurement and evaluation rules
5.1 Illumination standard lower limit
The lower limit of the illuminance standard of each area is shown in Table 1. The lower limit of the standard value of the illuminance of the performance area is allowed to be less than the requirements of Table 1 in a short time according to the needs of artistic processing.
------------------------------------
| Area|Test point height from the ground (m)|Test item|Illumination standard value lower limit (lx)|
|-----|-----------|----|-----------|
| Performance Area | 1.5 | Vertical Illumination | 100, ※ |
|-----|-----------|----|-----------|
| | | | 150,※※ |
|-----|-----------|----|-----------|
| Self-entertainment area | 0.75 | Horizontal illumination | 20 |
|-----|-----------|----|-----------|
|Viewing the rest area | 0.75 | Horizontal illumination | 5 |
|-----|-----------|----|-----------|
| Channel | 0.25 | Horizontal Illumination | 10 |
------------------------------------
Note: ※: The farthest audience is less than 8 meters from the center of the performance area.
※※: The distance from the farthest audience to the center of the performance area is more than 8 meters.
5.2 Measurement and evaluation rules
5.2.1 Measuring instruments Measuring instruments should use an illuminance meter with an accuracy of two or more.
5.2.2 Measurement method
5.2.2.1 Area of the tested area The area of the measured area is ≥15 square meters, and one measuring point is set every 1.5m×1.5m.
5.2.2.2 According to GB5700-85 "Indoor Lighting Measurement Method".
6. Laser limit value and its measurement method
Lasers should generally not be directed at the human body, especially the eye, when directly or after being reflected and indirectly directed to the human body, the limits are as follows
6.1 wavelength limit range
The wavelength must be between 380 nm and 780 nm.
6.2 Maximum allowable exposure
-6 -2
The maximum allowable irradiation amount is 1.4 × 10 Wcm.
6.3 Measurement method
Refer to GB10435-89 "Workplace Laser Radiation Hygiene Standard"
7. UV limit value and its measurement method 7.1 wavelength limit range
The wavelength must be between 320nm and 380nm.
7.2 Maximum allowable exposure
-6 -2
The maximum allowable irradiation amount is 8.7 × 10 Wcm.
7.3 Measurement method
7.3.1 Measuring instrument: ultraviolet illuminometer
7.3.2 Measurement method: Execute according to GB5700-85 "Indoor Lighting Measurement Method".
8. Strobe limit value and its measurement method
8.1 strobo frequency limit value
The strobe frequency of 8.2 stroboscopic lamps should not be used continuously for a long time.
8.3 Measurement method
8.3.1 Measuring instruments: measuring instruments using a stopwatch
8.3.2 Measurement method: Each measurement is for 30 seconds, the number of stroboscopic measurements is measured, and the total is measured 5 times, and then the maximum value is taken. If multiple lights are used at the same time, the frequency is calculated cumulatively.
