As shown, IC1 and RP1, R6, and C3 form an astable multivibrator. The oscillation frequency in the figure can be adjusted by RP1.
In this circuit, IC2 and IC3 both use a double BCD addition counter to perform four levels of cascaded allocation. IC4 is a new switched capacitor filter MF10 that filters the incoming frequency signal and outputs the standard sinusoidal fundamental.
