This paper designs an intelligent Ac-Dc single-chip switching power supply integrated circuit, which integrates 650V high-voltage power tube, control circuit and protection circuit. The town is widely used in low-power flyback switching power supply system.

The chip cover includes a basic module such as a reference voltage source, a voltage regulator, a high voltage start circuit, a power-on reset, an oscillator, a PwM comparator, and a driver circuit. Considering the safety of the switching power supply, the chip also includes protection circuits for undervoltage lockout, overload, overheating and overcurrent protection.

In order to reduce the standby power consumption of the switching power supply, improve the power efficiency at light load, increase the function of the cross-cycle control for the system and design the corresponding control circuit, so that the power efficiency is the same as that of the JF constant T under light load conditions. s level. At the same time, by limiting the peak current across the cycle, the possible audible noise is eliminated.

Starting from reducing the electromagnetic interference (EMI) of the switching power supply, an oscillator circuit with frequency jitter characteristics is designed. The voltage on the external capacitor of the chip is used as a modulation signal to modulate the switching frequency, thereby modifying the spectrum of the noise radiation, reducing the EMI of the switching power supply itself, achieving the purpose of reducing EMI noise from the source and reducing the design cost of the switching power supply system.

Based on the German 650V high voltage BcD (Bipolar-cMOs-DMOs) process (xDloH-l Oum), the circuit design and simulation work was completed using cadence spectre and H-ice tools. The simulation results show that the designed circuit function meets the requirements of system design indicators.
